Service: friendly but slow, 12 minutes for a sandwich, salad, coffee, and timbits. Order was wrong.

Was alright your typical timmies, younger staff at the front cashier, and was more focused on chatting with one of her friends that came in than taking my full order. But all in a they did get my order right compared to most of the timmies I go to can't say the same for the rest of them.

Coffee tastes like dirt now. McDonald's is better, thats where we go for coffee now. Thanks for ruining a Canadian institution.

Head Office, here is a protip, cutting quality on just about everything from coffee to food to paying staff is probably why Tim Hortons has slid from the #1 coffee seller in Canada to #4. The McDick's around the corner would have been a better choice, and that is a seriously low bar to set.

Order was technically correct but without the cheese being melted, is it really a grill cheese

Other: medium cups all leaked, went through three cups that dripped coffee from the bottom, made a mess all over the place.
